These terms govern your use of SpeakBridge — the AI translation tool, voice features, and conversation practice scenarios. Please read them before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SpeakBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users, including individual learners, educators, and institutional representatives accessing the platform from Pakistan, India, or elsewhere.
2. Platform Usage Rules
SpeakBridge is designed for personal, non-commercial English learning. You may use the AI translation and voice features for study, practice, and professional skill-building.
You must not use the platform to scrape content, reverse-engineer AI models, submit automated queries, or access any feature in a way that disrupts service for other users.
Voice data you submit is processed to provide real-time feedback. You are responsible for ensuring your voice input does not contain third-party confidential information.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
All platform content — scenario scripts, translated phrases, conversation models, and audio prompts — is owned by SpeakBridge and protected under applicable copyright law.
Content generated during your sessions is for personal learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell any platform output — translated text, audio, or practice dialogue — for commercial purposes.
Sharing short excerpts for personal study notes or non-commercial social posts is permitted, provided SpeakBridge is credited as the source.
4. Institutional and Educational Use
Schools, universities, corporate training departments, and other organisations wishing to deploy SpeakBridge for groups of learners must enter into a separate institutional licensing agreement.
Institutional use without a signed agreement — including embedding the platform in third-party portals or reselling access — is not permitted and may result in suspension.

SpeakBridge provides AI-assisted language practice. It is not a certified language qualification provider. Results vary based on individual practice frequency and prior proficiency.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided on an as-is basis, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated translations in high-stakes professional or legal contexts.
