Voice data processed for accuracy, never traded
When you use voice input, your audio is processed by our AI to generate a transcription and British English translation. Audio is not stored permanently — it is discarded once the translation is returned.
Translation text may be retained in anonymised form to improve model accuracy for South Asian accents. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with advertisers or third-party brokers.
We collect standard usage data — pages visited, session duration, device type — via analytics tools. This data is aggregated and never tied to your personal identity without your consent.
Ads served by Google AdSense
SpeakBridge uses Google AdSense to display contextual advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out via Google's Ad Settings.
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies to understand how learners navigate the platform. You may decline optional cookies at any time through your browser settings.
You decide what stays and what goes
You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request complete deletion. We will respond within five working days.
Anonymised translation data used for model improvement is retained for up to 12 months, then permanently deleted. No personal identifiers are attached to this data at any stage.
If you created an account, you can delete it — and all associated data — from your profile settings at any time. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Built to operate across three jurisdictions
SpeakBridge is designed to meet data protection obligations applicable in Pakistan (PECA), India (IT Act and DPDP Act 2023), and the United Kingdom (UK GDPR). Where standards differ, we apply the stricter requirement.
We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data, contact us and we will remove it within 48 hours.
